Our Newly Remodeled Jillian Room
We invite you to come visit our newly remodeled Jillian Room on the lower level of the clubhouse, and to book your next holiday event, business meeting, anniversary, birthday or other special event with us!
We are excited to have updated the ‘tone’ of this room with new elegant rich hues, wallpaper, furniture, accessories and more! The room glows with the addition of new gorgeous oil rubbed bronze & crystal sconces – perfect for any type of ambiance you wish to create!
This 1450’sq ft room (42x30) can be arranged to meet any special set up needs you may have, and offers a full service bar and dance floor and can accommodate events of between 40 – 80 guests. For business meetings, we can accommodate up to 100 guests theater style. This is the perfect meeting space for any set up.
Our full service décor department is available should you wish to add centerpieces, fresh floral arrangements, theme décor, chair covers or upscale linens for your event as well.
The Jason Room
The Jason Room - Dimensions – 24X22’ (528 sq.ft), located on our lower level can accommodate groups of up to 24. This room has a large LCD tv, a portable screen and offers a private and quaint setting for any type of business meeting. This room may be set with small tables or theater style.
Ballroom
Our Main ballroom - Dimensions – 40X90’ (3,756 sq ft), can seat up to 350 guests theater style, 200 classroom style, and 250 with round guest tables. The ballroom offers two ceiling mounted LCD projectors (networked together) with drop screens from the ceiling so guests may see from any point in the room, as well as a manual screen in the center of the room for smaller meetings.
We also offer wireless and corded microphones, DVD players, and complimentary wireless internet for special presentations. The ballroom boasts plenty of natural sunlight from the windows that surround it and several customized light settings for presentations.
Axel’s Restaurant is on site and offers sit down and buffet style dinners, butler passed appetizers and more. We can also customize any type of menu you desire for your special event.
