Re: Our great satisfaction with your facility and service

This past weekend we had the privilege of experiencing the celebration of our son's wedding at Prestwick. Since we are not from the Woodbury or surrounding area, we ere wondering what the day would bring in terms of meeting our needs and expectations. This note serves as just a brief description of the many things that were noteworthy and pleasing while we enjoyed our gathering at your very fine establishment.

The ambiance of the setting was certainly a feature that was noted as exceptional by many of our guests. The ability for guests to walk outside, onto the balcony or down the steps to one of several deck areas was a fun and appreciated option. It allowed everyone sufficient room to mill about and yet still feel connected to the party.

The dinner was exquisite. Our daughter-in-law had ordered two entrees to be served, the sirloin and the walleye. Both were absolutely delicious and received rave reviews by our friends and family. The service at the bar, during dinner and afterward was outstanding. Everyone was very cordial and really demonstrated a "customer first" attitude.

Overall we have nothing but praise for your fine club. We have a basis for comparison because our other son was married just three years ago and the reception was held at an elite golf club in the Madison, Wisconsin area. We want you all to know that Prestwick met or surpassed every aspect of service and quality we experienced there, a sincere compliment to all of you.

Again, our thanks for helping us frame such wonderful memories of our special day. You are all to be commended.
