Happy New Year! Before we head into this new year I want to take the time to formally thank you for the wonderful job you and your staff gave us at our December sales meeting. The accommodations were excellent from the lovely décor, spacious meeting rooms, and delicious food to the impeccable service given to us by all of the staff. I especially want to take the time to point out a few of the staff, in particular, who helped me make my job so much easier and our meeting run smoothly. You, Jennifer, were my fist contact and gave me such a warm welcome. You handled all of the details as a true professional. You were most helpful and quickly grasped precisely what we needed. Quickly and efficiently our meeting was set up, details finalized and all was ready with the greatest ease.

Tracy Meter handled our on site details and again, was a most pleasant and professional person to work with. I have been a Sales Manager and have set up meetings for over ten years. I must say that this experience was the absolute best ever...with the least amount of effort on my part. This is because of Tracy and her staff! I have never seen such eye for detail. This is what excellent service is all about. I was so impressed with hour our company was treated and I've already booked our meeting for next December.

THANK YOU, Prestwick Golf Club, for your foresight in having the best staff ever. Your have my gratitude and full appreciation of your services. Also, a huge THANK YOU to Axel's for the delicious meals and especially the formal dinner on Tuesday. I've received so many words of praise and gratitude from my staff for a wonderful meeting and lovely dinner. You make me look good!!!
