I contracted Prestwick Golf Club for our wedding reception July 9, 2005, and was very pleased to be assigned to Traci Meyer and Jennifer Schneider for their services and expertise.

Both Traci and Jennifer are very highly dependable and professional and I felt that we could honestly let their expertise and "vision" take over to help create our classy wedding day reception experience. Not only did I want and need help with planning a reception with both cocktail and hors d' oeuvres hour before dinner, I needed someone with self innovativeness to advise us on many decisions; appetizer and dinner selections, cake table and place card table placement, where do we put the quest book, how many beverages would accommodate a crowd of 200, table linens, gift table and presentation, and the list goes on. Jennifer actually set up a taste testing for us at Axel’s that guided us through and let us taste all of our menu selection was carefully orchestrated for an exceptional dinner.

I was quite impressed not only with Traci and Jennifer's effective ability to work in the hospitality industry alone, but also with their true professionalism and administrative abilities as well. Traci, almost weekly would modify a running spreadsheet with our projected and actual budget; including the rental deposit, facility rental, food and beverage choices, centerpieces, etc. This process is very tedious and a sure necessity when determining hour much you want to spend of how much you can afford.

I watched the progress of Prestwick though their entire construction/remodel phase to their newly renovated Ballroom with is elegantly decorated. Traci and Jennifer both worked endlessly and tirelessly (though never showed a moment of frustration when things were down to the wire). They both greeted me with big smile and hands out help each and every time I walked through the front door-even when they were very visibly busy working and involved in helping the decorating and remodeling state and the logistics of opening a new restaurant and ballroom (and I'm sure I truly was a tad annoying).

My husband is an executive at a local St. Paul business and we would like to have our next big event, a company Christmas party at Prestwick and we will not do it with out the help of both Traci and Jennifer. Thank you for the opportunity to recommend such a special and impressive team.
